This settlement provides monetary relief to qualifying  patients of Marion Hospital who at the time of  treatment from January 1, 2004 to July 6, 2010 may have had a third party liability claim (e.g., auto accident) and whose health insurance carrier was not billed by Marion Hospital.   

The relief for those class members who submit a completed and properly documented claim form by March 25, 2011 will be based on the amount paid by the class member or on behalf of the class member.
